Rent my property!

Are you ready to list your property?  It’s really easy to get started and we have broken it down into 3 simple steps.

Step 1 – Provide your details

We need the information below to prepare the management agreement.

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • The address of the property
  • The full names (including any middle names) that the property is registered in
  • Your postal address
  • Your bank account details (you can provide these later if you don’t know what they are)

Step 2 – Sign the management agreement

The management agreement will be sent (normally via email) to you for signing along with a comprehensive video to walk you through what you’re signing.

** If you would rather come into the office and sign, just say the word.

Step 3 – Complete the Property Investor Checklist

** This checklist is easier to complete on computer or ipad rather than phone

Mostly drop down boxes, this won’t take long to fill out and ensures that nothing is forgotten.
