To ensure that you, and your investment, are well taken care of, there are a few things we need to get started. So…
Step 1 – Provide your details
To allow us to manage your property, we will need to prepare the management agreement
If you haven’t done so already, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with:
- The address of the property
- The full names (including any middle names) that the property is registered in
- Your postal address
- Your bank account details
Step 2 – Sign the management agreement
Once we receive the details outlined in step 1, we will send you the management agreement along with a comprehensive video that explains each and every item within the document, along with what we need to arrange before placing tenants in your home. ** If you would rather come into the office and sign, just say the word.
Step 3 – Complete the Checklist
** This checklist is easier to complete on computer or ipad rather than phone
